Joint-friendly footwork
Smaller, more efficient movement patterns. Less lateral lunging, more recovery to the center. The senior players who keep playing are the ones who learn to move smart instead of harder.
Equipment that fits the body
Lighter racquets, larger heads, looser string tension. Most senior players are carrying too much racquet weight for their swing speed. Equipment changes alone often resolve nagging elbow and shoulder pain.
